A visit where you feel the warmth from the first hello.

We are building a network of locally led hospitals, each with its own name and team. Our aim is a place where you can ask questions, understand your options and get to know the people caring for your pet.

What matters to us in a visit.

Someone who knows your pet

Familiar people who know your pet's history and include you in decisions about care.

Someone who listens

Time to describe what has changed, what you have noticed and what worries you.

Costs explained first

An explanation of the recommended care and its expected cost before you decide.

Knowing who to call

We are working toward after-hours help across the network. The arrangements will depend on what each hospital can provide.

Understanding your pet's care.

A recommendation is easier to consider when you understand why it has been made, what it involves and what it may cost. That is the conversation we want families to have in our hospitals, with time to ask questions and talk through concerns.

Veterinarians may recommend different approaches. A thoughtful explanation should help you understand the reasonable options and the reasons behind them. That same care and patience matter when a family is worried or a visit is difficult.

Our first hospital.

Our first hospital is coming soon to the Greater Toronto Area. The principles on this page are shaping how we plan it. We will share location and service details as they are confirmed.

Questions about the network.

Is every Harmony hospital the same?

Each hospital is intended to keep its own name and local team. Shared standards and support from Harmony are designed to help those teams care for pets in their own communities.

Is Harmony a chain?

Harmony is a network of independently run hospitals. Our model brings local veterinary leadership together with shared business support. Clinical decisions belong to the veterinarians caring for the pets.

Where can I find a Harmony hospital?

Our first hospital is coming soon to the Greater Toronto Area. Location details will be shared here as they are confirmed.

What if my pet needs help after hours?

After-hours help is something we are working toward. Our first hospital is not open yet, and its after-hours arrangements have not been announced.

Will I know what things cost?

Our aim is to explain the recommended care and its expected cost before you decide. The details of how each hospital will do this will be shared as it opens.
