Put your skills to work.

Your skills should have a place in the working day. We are building hospitals where RVTs can use their training, veterinary assistants have clear responsibilities and veterinarians have a team to share the work. Client care, clinical work and management all need time, preparation and room to develop.

Work that uses your training

RVTs able to use their clinical skills, with work assigned according to each person's training and professional responsibilities.

A stake in the outcome

Ways for team leaders to share in the hospital's results through profit sharing or ownership, with arrangements set for each hospital.

Shared leadership on site

A medical director responsible for clinical leadership and a hospital director responsible for daily operations, working together to support the team.

Workloads built for the long run

Predictable schedules and a clear division of work that help the team plan the day and manage its demands.

Room to grow

Mentorship and continuing education, with development toward roles such as lead RVT or hospital director for people who want to lead.

Colleagues beyond your own hospital

Case discussions, training and opportunities to learn from teams across the network as it grows.

Training that goes with the job.

People need preparation for the work they are asked to do. Our plans include training in clinical skills and client communication, alongside business and management skills for those leading a hospital.

Clear responsibilities make that training useful. We want each person to understand what they can take on, when to ask for help and how to develop further in their role.
